If you choose this option, guests will simply purchase their own drinks whilst at your special event. We accept both cash and card payments.
This option allows you to cover the cost of all drinks for the entire duration of your event so that guests do not have to purchase a single drink themselves (lucky them!)
This option allows you to pre-pay any amount in advance of your event. For example, if you would like to offer each guests 3 drinks, we will be able to advise you on how much this would cost. Once this amount has been reached, we will revert back to a cash bar.
This option allows you to treat your guests to a welcome drink (or two!) of your choice to get the celebrations started. Clients usually opt for a mixture of Prosecco and bottled beer, or a signature cocktail.
To have either our caravan bar or pop-up bar at your event, we will require a £200 hire fee/ deposit.
This amount is separate to the minimum spend we will operate on the day of your event.
This covers costs such as staffing, travel and the required licensing. We apply and pay for this on your behalf regardless of which package you opt for, as our aim is to ensure your bar service experience is stress free.
