Cash Bar
If you choose this option, guests will simply purchase their own drinks whilst at your special event. We accept both cash and card payments.
Pre-paid Bar
This option allows you to cover the cost of all drinks for the entire duration of your event so that guests do not have to purchase a single drink themselves (lucky them!)
Part-paid Bar
This option allows you to pre-pay any amount in advance of your event. For example, if you would like to offer each guests 3 drinks, we will be able to advise you on how much this would cost. Once this amount has been reached, we will revert back to a cash bar.
Welcome Drinks
This option allows you to treat your guests to a welcome drink (or two!) of your choice to get the celebrations started. Clients usually opt for a mixture of Prosecco and bottled beer, or a signature cocktail.

Hire fee & Minimum Spend
To have either our caravan bar or pop-up bar at your event, we will require a £100 (refundable) deposit. This amount will be refunded if the minimum spend, which will be discussed and agreed prior to your event, is met.
We apply and pay for the required licensing regardless of which package you opt for, as our aim is to ensure your bar service experience is stress free.
